REGISTRATION
YMCA members receive a discount on most program fees and may register for programs at any time. Most program sessions are on a monthly basis. Some programs will vary in length. These exceptions will be indicated in publications. Program fees are due at the time of registration. Many classes have required minimum and maximum number of enrollees. Register early to secure a place in the class. Each class will have a deadline to register. If you do not register before that deadline, you will pay an extra $10.00 per child, per class. We reserve the right to cancel any class if they minimum enrollment is not met. Please check each program listing for specific starting dates.

CREDIT/REFUND POLICY
When 50% or more of a program session has been canceled by the YMCA, credit will be awarded. To receive a program credit, approach the appropriate program director in charge or inquire at our Courtesy Counter. The credit amount will equal the amount of time lost in the program. If less than 50% of a program is canceled, credits will not be issued. If wanting an individual credit the YMCA will need a medical excuse before issuing a refund or any credit. When we can, the YMCA will offer times to make up canceled classes. Please note that some programs may have their own special credit policy, which take precedence over this policy. A $10.00 administration fee will be deducted from all guest participants who receive a credit.

CHILD WATCH
Bring your children to our nursery while you exercise or participate in programs at the Y! Children may remain in the nursery only when a parent is in the YMCA facility participating in YMCA activities. The nursery is intended to be used for short-term care only. We ask that you keep your child in the nursery for a maximum of two hours, as we are not equipped to provide full-service day care. (For full service day care see the YMCA Child Care program.) Nursery is for children ages 3 months to 8 years!
