At lap swim the pool is divided into four lanes and a circle patterns is to be used in each lane. The two outer lanes (1 & 4) are slow moving lanes, lane 2 is faster, and lane 3 is to be used as the fastest lane. Please swim in the lane that best suits your swimming pace.
The pool will be sectioned off by deep and shallow waters for swim time. Swimmers may be asked to take a swim test. An adult must accompany children under the age of 8.
(1 to
36 months) Saturdays 10:00-10:30 a.m.
Fees: (1 day/wk) Member - $25; Guest - $50
This class is for water skills and adjustment. It is not a swim lesson. The goals for this program are to promote enjoyable experiences between parent and child in the water.
(Ages 3
and up) Mon & Wed 10:30-11:15 or 6:15-7:00; Sat 10:30–11:15 (11:15-12:00 if 10:30 is full)
Fees: Member (1 day/wk) - $30; Guest (1 day/wk)

Our program is divided into major levels first determined by age and then by the level of skills each swimmer has accomplished. The Health Department suggest that anyone in the pool area should be dressed in a swimsuit and must shower before entering the pool area.
(Youth

30 minute private lessons may be scheduled as pool time permits. These lessons are sold in 3 lesson blocks of time. Please contact Kathy Doberstyn, Aquatics Director for more information.

Registration for all classes is accepted at the beginning of each month. Registration for either class will allow you to participate in both classes.

This program features easy to follow, fun routines designed to improve your aerobic capacity without the stress of traditional aerobics. No swimming skills required. All fitness levels are welcome.

This recreational water program is designed for those who suffer from arthritis or are recovering from an injury. Our instructors follow the National Arthritis and the YMCA of the USA arthritis exercise design.
Monday
– Friday: 9:00 – 9:45am
This time is open to members only who want to exercise in the deep end of the pool without instruction. You must enter the water from the deep end and remain in the deep end so that the class running will not be disturbed.
