STRENGTH
This workout brings the gym into the studio. If you have always wanted to lift weights but were afraid to venture into the weight room, come and try this class in the studio. This class provides weight training techniques to build and sculpt all of your muscles.

AEROBICS
Any easy to follow moderate intensity aerobic workout which includes some STRENGTH. Come “hussle” into this class and have some fun!!

PILATES
Work your entire body from the inside out in this amazing class designed to improved strength, balance and flexibility through a series of postures and stretches.

CARDIO STRENGTH
Combines all the benefits of STRENGTH and adds the bonus of cardio. Every move you do will increase your heart rate as well as tone your muscles. A serious calorie burn!!

STEP
We have a wide variety of step classes. From Basic to Intermediate to the Advanced. Step on in and discover a great workout.

BOOT CAMP
A super charged, fast and furious class that will challenge your cardio like never before. This will be a drill based training class. Work hard for a short time then recover and take it right back up. It’s the quickest way to boost your in shape level or blast you out of that plateau you’ve been stuck in.

GROUP CYCLING
A group cycling class for all fitness levels targeting strength, endurance and speed. Enjoy our new cycling room, new bikes and a great workout.

IRON-MAN
A serious workout for the serious weekend warrior. This class will be held once a month on the last Saturday a month. The class duration is two hours. You may come for some or all. We start with an outdoor run (ranging from 1.5 - 3 miles), then come in for a 30 minute cycle. We then venture into the studio for two 30 minute segments of Bootcamp and Kickboxing finishing with a serious abs workout.

SILVER SNEAKERS
This is a class designed for older adults. Come on in and work from the chair or standing. Meet new friends, get your exercise and have fun!

ZUMBA
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. So everyone come on in and BAILAMOS!! (Let’s dance).

YMCA PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAM
Let us help you get started on a future of good health and fitness. This 12-week program is designed specifically for you. We consider your interests, personal fitness goals, and time availability while setting up a complete fitness program. A trained fitness counselor will meet with you a minimum of 4 times and will track your progress over the next few months. For more information contact the Courtesy Counter. FREE TO MEMBERS!!

BODY COMPOSITION TESTING
Find our your percent of body fat compared to lean mass and your ideal weight. For an appointment contact Debi White.

JUNIOR FITNESS CLASS
Fees: Members $15.00 Guests: $30.00

This class is a great after school class to get your kids in shape and have fun. There will be two back to back age groups. Age 10-12 will work our from 4:15-4:45 on Tuesday evenings and ages 6-9 will work out from 4:45-5:15 on Tuesday evenings. The next session will begin the week of June 2, 2008. Sign-up soon!!
