IMPROVING THE NATION'S HEALTH AND WELL BEING

Being healthy means more than simply being physically active. It’s about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body. The Y is a place where you can work toward that balance by challenging yourself to learn a new skill or hobby, fostering connections with friends through our lifelong learning programs, or bringing your loved ones closer together through our many family-centered activities. At the Y, it’s not about the activity you choose as much as it is about the benefits of living healthier on the inside as well as the outside.

CARDIO CENTER

Loaded with new cardio equipment including Precor Treadmills, Elliptical Machines and Bikes, our Cardio Center provides you everything you need to get stronger and in great shape. Start from day one or achieve your highest fitness goals with the help of our equipment and Wellness Coaches. We also offer personal training for those looking for a one-on-one or small group experience. We also offer Group Fitness Classes included in your membership.

STRENGTH CENTER

Our strength center is stocked with a variety of machines designed to reduce impact on joints while strength training. From leg extensions to leg curl machines, to ab crunch and chest press machines, you can complete a whole body workout on one of several circuits within our wellness center. 

FREE WEIGHTS

Our free weight center has recently been upgraded with Star Trac benches (flat, incline, decline), a Star Trac Leg Press Sled, and an all new Power Rack. We've also added some new bars, new dumbbells and stretch equipment to round out your free weight experience. If you're looking for a full-body workout, we have everything to meet your needs.
