POOL

Multiple activities are often scheduled in our pool throughout the day. Click below for our latest schedules.

Lap Swim (general, may vary)
Monday - Friday 6:15am - 9:15am
11:30am - 1:30pm
7:30pm - 8:15pm
Saturday 12:00pm - 2:00pm

Senior Open Swim / Group Exercise
Monday - Friday 9:15am - 10:00am

Pool Use Age Requirements
Any youth under age 16 must be swim tested in order to use the pool without a personal flotation device or use the deep end of the pool. Please ask a lifeguard for more information.
​
Children ages 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
​
Swim Testing Procedures:
-
Swim for 25 yards with face in water, without goggles.
-
Tread for 1 minute.
-
Jump into water over their head and resurface.
-
Extricate themselved from the pool.
GYM
​
Our gym has two full length basketball courts, that can also be used for volleyball and pickleball. Our indoor walking track can be used throughout the day as well. Programs including youth basketball, Rookies Sports, Adult Basketball and Volleyball, and sports camps are operated in our gym. Open gym times vary depending on scheduled activities.

FITNESS CENTER & WEIGHT ROOM
​
Our fitness center contains cardio equipment including 8 treadmills, 5 elliptical machines, an AMT, several recumbent bikes, and NuStep trainers. We also have many pieces of strength equipment including chest press, leg press, curls, and tricep. We have a five-station cable crossover. In our weight room, we have the latest racks from Rogue Fitness, along with a deadlift platform and a four-station crossover unit.
