We know that when your child is well-cared for, it's possible for you to work, study, or just take the time you need to focus on yourself.
TODDLER CARE
EARLY LEARNING
18 MONTHS - 36 MONTHS
Our toddler care programs are designed to enrich the developmental skills of your young one. Our caregivers are highly skilled and trained to provide your child with a loving, responsive environment. In the toddler stage, they’ll receive plenty of opportunities to explore their environments, learn problem-solving skills, how to interact with others and learn concepts through first-hand experiences.
PRESCHOOL & PRE KINDERGARTEN
EARLY LEARNING
AGES 3 - 5 YEARS
Our star-rated, Step Up To Quality preschool program is designed to prepare children for Kindergarten. Students will begin to follow classroom instruction, recognize common words and letter sounds, count by 10's and develop basic writing skills through our active learning curriculum. Students will also enjoy swim and gym time, gross motor activities, playground time, and walks through our park.
SCHOOL AGE CHILD CARE & SUMMER DAY CAMP
SCHOOL AGE CARE
5 YEARS TO 14 YEARS
The Y’s Before & After School program provides youth with a safe place to go before and after school. More importantly, its programming helps youth realize who they are and what they can achieve. The program supports academic achievement, fosters health and wellness, and instills positive social-emotional skills through literacy and reading, nutrition, education, character development, and exercise.
School Age Care is offered in three locations - Chillicothe Primary School, Southeastern Elementary, and the Pike County YMCA.
Summer Day Camp is offered at Chillicothe Primary School and the Pike County YMCA.

ALL REGISTRATION
Send an inquiry by clicking here or call or visit your local YMCA during our operating hours. Space is limited, registrations will be first come, first serve. Families will complete a childcare packet, sign a letter of understanding and an DCY Health Form for each program cycle. Additional DCY forms will be needed for children with any special accommodations or medication to be administered.
