The YMCA has led community-based health and wellness for more than a century!
Participation in YMCA Health & Wellness programs offer opportunities for friendship and community, a sense of well-being, self-confidence and improved mental abilities, not to mention the obvious health benefits of healthy heart, lungs, bones, and muscles.
Our 2,500 square foot main fitness center has all of the cardio and strength equipment you could ask for! We also have a dedicated free weights center for lifting. And, we offer a stand alone fitness center for seniors in our Livestrong room.
In addition, we offer Personal Training, Group Fitness Classes including Zumba, Yoga, Strength, Spin, and Water Aerobics! Check out our fitness spaces.
